We are searching for a permanent Field Sales Executive who will focus on one of the following areas as a specialism; 360 IT Sales, Telephone Systems Sales or Mobile Sales, there is ample opportunity for growth in all three areas and you are able to discuss all three roles at interview, prior to making a final decision. This business is well established, having been a market leader in the IT industry for over thirty years. They support local businesses with their IT requirements; Hardware & Software, Telecoms, Cloud & Hosting, Mobile Communications and Networking, all with the help of their highly qualified, in house technical team to support.
This business has well formed partnerships with Leading Technology Partners; you will therefore have all the technical and financial support you need to do well, including access to promotions and offers before they are released to the general public. This business is committed to excellent customer service and non-pushy, consultative sales across the Education, SME, Charity and Public Sectors. There are a number of consultant positions available due to a great deal of growth within the company and while the premise of each role is the same, the portfolio of products differs within each position;
You will be tasked with acquiring new clients and consultatively supporting with their full IT portfolio, which could entail anything from a few new Desktops, to an entire Infrastructure overhaul. You will of course then need to develop those client relationships to ensure future business and maximise sales opportunities, as the Field Sales Consultant 50% of your time will be spent on the road, dropping in to see clients and attending planned visits while the rest of your time will be back in the office.
Much like the IT Sales role, the Mobile Sales Specialist and the Telephone Systems Sales Consultant will be in charge of building and growing their own desk, however instead of selling the entire IT portfolio, they will specialise in telecommunications products and services specifically, with the support of vendors and an in house technical department.
For all three positions you will be working on a relatively cold desk, you will therefore need to create your own leads as well as qualifying hot leads created by the telesales team, utilising Microsoft Dynamics CRM throughout the selling process to record and track your pipeline. There is a friendly culture within this office and an air of competitiveness amongst the team, commission is uncapped and there is a huge potential for earning in this role. Predominantly they follow David Sandler’s sales model of ‘Build and Sustain Relationships, always questioning and qualifying new opportunities.’ This is a Consultative model which well reflects the type of Sales Person we are looking for.
In terms of benefits, you will be offered a generous salary as well as a company car. Basic salary + uncapped commission with OTE circa £70k-£110k per annum and you can expect 20 days holiday + bank holidays, rising to 25 days after 2 years employment.
