We are searching for a Level 1 IT Support Engineer to join a Software Development team based in Bodmin on a permanent, full time basis. The successful applicant will provide hardware and software technical support; including maintenance, repairs, advice and installations to the IT estate across the UK. You will be based in the Bodmin offices but may be required to travel away occasionally, for which costs will be covered and transport supplied.
Required Knowledge & Skills;
Technical skills development will be provided under a defined advancement framework and foundation skill set, to ensure your knowledge is always being kept up to date and developed. If appointed, you will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of all data removed from, or on, clients’ computer systems. You will also be responsible for stock and equipment used on site and Health & Safety issues while on customer’s premises.
