My expanding client currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive who will work closely with the BDM to manage the B2B sales process; attracting new clients to the online solutions which help them manage contractors and compliance across multiple regions. This requires a consultative sales approach.
Drive acquisitions of new customers
- Identifying and converting opportunities
- Prospecting, planning and forecasting
- Demonstrating passion and knowledge of the product through a consultative sales approach
- Following up on leads and inbound traffic from marketing exercises and internal BD admin team
- Working closely with the Business Development Manager to continually review and develop strategy
- Detect and convert sales opportunities through quality prospecting and pipelining
- Ensure data capture and administration is accurate
- Delivering excellent customer service by understanding in detail the customer needs and helping them to alleviate internal burden and achieve business goals
- Regular reporting and analysis on performance and productivity to present in team meetings
- Use of the full sales method mix including self-sufficient lead generation, face to face meetings, telephone calls and networking
- Contribute to the delivery of a targeted online digital marketing strategy
