Our Client, a successful Plymouth based manufacturing company, is looking for a Technical Call Handler to join their team on a temporary ongoing basis. You will ideally have a strong background in customer service and have experience providing technical support. Working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am – 3:30pm. The hourly rate of pay will be based on candidate experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To provide technical support to distributors, installers, fitters, merchants, the sales team and end users over the phone, via email and post.
  • Logging and basic analysis of product failures.
  • Resolving technical queries and talking customers through the installation process or answering product queries.

 Key Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be speaking to a range of customers.
  • Must be computer literate with a strong customer service background.
  • We require a flexible, self-motivated individual who has excellent organisational abilities.
