Our Client, a successful garage equipment company, is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Call Handler on an initial 6 month contract which could be extended and potentially become a permanent role. The primary function of this position is to is to be the first point of contact for incoming customer calls. You would work well under pressure in a busy environment and will have a polite yet firm telephone manner. The Company and its associated group design, manufacture, and supply a comprehensive range of vehicle servicing equipment and MOT testing equipment, for motorcycle, car and commercial vehicle workshops, plant and machinery maintenance and servicing of railway rolling stock and locomotives.
