Our Client, a successful garage equipment company, is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Call Handler on a temporary contract for approximately 1 month, potentially longer, for employment at their Plympton site. The primary purpose of this role is to is to be the first point of contact for incoming customer calls. The post holder will work well under pressure in a busy environment and will have a polite yet firm telephone manner. The Company and its associated group design, manufacture, and supply a comprehensive range of vehicle servicing equipment and MOT testing equipment, for motorcycle, car and commercial vehicle workshops, plant and machinery maintenance and servicing of railway rolling stock and locomotives.
