We are a Social Enterprise, which means we care deeply about our staff and those whose lives we touch when we work together to create positive social change. We are searching for a Project Administrator who can support a multitude of such projects; managing their operation, assisting in the collection and entering of participant data and maintaining database systems in the process.
System Administration & Main Duties:
If you’re looking for an organisation with; clear lines of accountability, hierarchical structure, rigid systems and processes and traditional approaches to organisational management, then this probably isn’t the business for you. We’re interested in finding people who are dedicated, tenacious and who enjoy the challenges of working as part of multi-disciplined team as well as embracing change. We believe in the value of collaboration, so a friendly and open approach to work is vital; as is the ability and willingness to challenge and be challenged. You must be a people person, able to work well with others from all walks of life, making them feel valued and understood to be considered for this role.
The role will be chiefly based in Plymouth, with roughly one day a week (on average) spent at Liskeard for internal team meetings, or potentially at meetings further West in Cornwall with our project partners. Some weeks might be completely Plymouth-based, whereas others might involve off-site meetings across two or three days, so a good degree of flexibility in regard to travel is expected, we do however try to lift share to these meetings wherever possible. The closing date for applications is 9 AM on Tuesday 9th October and you will be required to fill in an application and equal opportunities form prior to this date. The interview date for the Project Administrator position is Friday 12th October and the venue will be held at our offices in Liskeard.
If you have the experience and are currently looking for a new challenge, then please submit an up to date CV by using the ‘apply’ button below. For an informal chat, please phone 01752 252533 and ask for Rachel V. Many thanks for your interest.
