HR Administrator – 6 Month Contract

One of Plymouth's most prestigious manufacturing companies and largest employers is looking to recruit an HR Administrator for there Lee Mill Site for a 6 month contract.  This is a busy role and the successful candidate will need to be able to multi-task and to liaise with management on a daily basis regarding a multitude of issues, therefore excellent communication skills coupled with sound IT knowledge will be essential.


The hours will be 7.30am to 4.30pm (Monday to Thursday) and Friday (7.30am to 12.30pm).

Key accountabilities:

  • Enter data within various systems
  • Clear exceptions from clocking in and out on T&A
  • Enter holidays on the system for employees
  • Conduct RTWI with employees
  • Collate and answer queries from employees
  • General Administration tasks
  • Support onsite and offsite Managers
