One of our prestigious forward thinking clients are looking for an IT Help Desk Customer Service Adviser to join their Development team on a full time temporary basis covering a projects campaign.

As an IT Help Desk Customer Service Adviser you will be covering the following duties:


  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers

The successful applicant will have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution. They must also be customer-oriented and patient to deal with difficult customers.

The hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm, pay rate is £8.00 per hour, the contract will be for approximately 2 months could be extended dependent on the project. Excellent foot in the door to work within an inspiring modern thinking team.
