We are searching for a Level 2 IT Support Engineer to join a well known Software Development company based in Bodmin on a permanent, full time basis. It will be your responsibility to provide hardware and software technical support, including; maintenance, repairs, advice and installations to the clients estate across the UK. The position is based from offices in Bodmin but may involve some away working when required, a company van will be provided for any time you are travelling.
Knowledge & Skills;
Technical skills development will be provided under a defined advancement framework and foundation skill set, to ensure your knowledge is always being kept up to date and developed. If appointed, you will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality of all data removed from, or on, clients’ computer systems. You will also be responsible for stock and equipment used on site and Health & Safety issues while on customer’s premises. This role will consist of travelling to customer’s premises, some of which may involve extensive travel time, using Company transport and also time spent in the Bodmin office.
