We are working alongside a local business who are searching for a dedicated Project Administrator, predominantly to support their project management team, reporting to the Head of Digital Delivery. This business helps their clients to address their communication and engagement challenges, providing communications solutions through a variety of service offerings including; live event production, exhibitions, project management, logistics, video, medical communications, virtual and digital.

To succeed you must be a strong administrator, with a personable and self-motivated personality. While experience is important, it is more about personality and passion for Digital and immersive technologies than how many years you have worked in relevant positions. The ideal candidate would be someone who has experience as an; Account Manager, Junior Project Manager or Coordinator, creative minded Administrator or Support Consultant. We are essentially searching for someone who; pays great attention to detail, has experience in administration (preferably can produce reports & take minutes) and can manage small projects.

  • Manage small design projects through the studio
  • Run financial reports for the team and support building budgets
  • Schedule client meetings and organise travel arrangements where necessary
  • Set up RAID logs and in conjunction with the Project Manager maintain them
  • Attend meetings with the Project Manager, take minutes and produce action reports
  • Co-ordinate the production of proposals / SOW, working closely with the Digital Operations
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the client and develop ways to make sure knowledge transfer is maintained
  • Support transition of new Project Managers onto the programme team by organising onboarding
  • Create and maintain documentation to support the programme team in delivery
  • To learn and develop your core skills in order to grow within the business
  • Manager to access the appropriate team members for their input
  • To engender team spirit and drive continuous improvement

The Project Administrator will provide support to the Programme Manager, Project Manager and global clients.  The tasks will range from planning projects, coordinating activities and liaising directly with clients. The role will be dedicated to a programme team and requires someone who is highly organised, enjoys supporting a team and is a natural motivator, boosting moral during busy periods. Supporting the project managers and programme manager in producing project delivery plans and updating as necessary, your role will be of great significance.
