A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work in a Property Management / PA role for an exciting company based in Plymouth.
The main role is to work alongside the CEO’s Personal Assistant in managing the company’s growing portfolio of rental properties. You will be required to be the point of contact for tenants, manage maintenance issues and oversee the whole rental process. You will also support the CEO with purchasing new rental properties and co-ordinating renovations. The company also has two luxury properties in the West Indies where you will manage direct bookings, closely manage the finances and work directly with the agent and house staff. This role may also involve international travel.
You will also provide admin and personal support to the CEO when required.
We are looking for an ambitious self-starter who is a true people person. This is an excellent opportunity within a growing business for someone with administration experience. Whilst experience in property is desirable, a strong interest in property is essential. Experience with social media and website management is an advantage
