My client based in Plymouth is looking for an Accounts Assistant to work 20-30 hours a week over 5 days. The main responsibility is to support the Finance Manager with daily business accounting activities.
- Invoice processing
- Cash book reconciliations
- Preparing monthly journals
- Day to day bookkeeping
- Supporting the Finance Manager
Essential Experience / Qualifications and Attributes Required:
- Minimum AAT Level 2 or Certificates in Accounting
- Recent experience within an accounts department
- Flexible approach to working
- Knowledge of Sage an advantage
