We are working with an insurance specialist who are looking for an experienced Administrator to support their small team.
The successful applicant will be working in the office full-time undertaking the following duties;
- Dealing with incoming calls, answering the main telephone.
- Taking messages and providing excellent customer service.
- Data entry – inputting sensitive data on to the system.
- General administration support and taking guidance from the Office Manager.
Requirements for this role:
- Great verbal and written communication.
- Good telephone manner.
- Strong organisation skills – attention to detail.
- Confidence and enthusiasm
- Previous administration experience.
- Previous experience working within the insurance industry (desirable)
Workings hours 9.30 – 5pm with a 30 min break.
22 days holiday plus bank holidays
