Job Description

I am recruiting for a part-time admin assistant to provide aftersales support and administration to the Marine Office. You will need to be available immediately, well organised and reliable, with good IT/Computer Skills. This will be an ongoing temporary assignment, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 1.00pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process aftersales orders
  • Provide quotations to aftersales department
  • Process non company orders
  • Provide quotations for non-company sales
  • Raise job cards and facilitate orders as necessary
  • Maintain aftersales planners
  • Co-ordinate deliveries and create delivery notes
  • Arrange and facilitate international deliveries
  • Liaise with suppliers and arrange reservations as and when required
  • Cutting samples for distributors
  • Any another adhoc duties

Essential Experience / Qualifications and Attributes Required:

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator – preferably at least 3 years’ experience
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other commonly used office packages
  • Familiarity with email and diary management tools
  • Good IT and typing skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
  • Good team working skills
  • The ability to supervise your own workload
  • Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads
