Chef de Partie – £26,000 to £28000 – Hotel – Exeter

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join this established kitchen team of 9. Previous experience with a fresh food offering is essential.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Manage your time well to ensure everything is ready and prepared for service.
• As a Chef de Partie, you will use your eye for quality to produce high-quality dishes from fresh ingredients.
• Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety are always maintained.
• Maintain areas of work.
• Experience in event cooking would be useful.
