Chef de Partie – Hotel – Sidmouth – live-in

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join this established kitchen team. Previous experience with a fresh food offering is essential.

• £28,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
• Share of tips
• Live-in (subject to charge)
• 47.5 hrs
• Split shifts

Duties & responsibilities:

• Manage your time well to ensure everything is ready and prepared for service.
• As a Chef de Partie, you will use your eye for quality to produce high-quality dishes from fresh ingredients.
• Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety are always maintained.
• Maintain areas of work.
