Chef de Partie/Junior Sous Chef – Restaurant – Petersfield

TQR Exeter are excited to be currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie/Junior Sous to join this established kitchen team. Previous experience within a fresh food offering is essential.

• Up to £30,000 – £32,000pa (depending on experience)
• Every Monday & Tuesday off
• 40 hours per week
• Monthly tips
• 100% Fresh Food
• Full – Time Permanent Role

Duties & responsibilities:

• Manage your time well to ensure everything is ready and prepared for service
• You will have a great eye for detail to produce high-quality dishes from fresh ingredients
• Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety are always maintained
• Maintain areas of work
• Work well within a team
