Chef de Partie – Up to £30,000 – Hotel – Live in

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join this established kitchen team. Candidates must display the necessary skills together with the ambition to grow and succeed. Previous experience within a rosette-level setting would be ideal though not essential with the right attitude.

Rosette level experience preferred!

We offer an immediate start working five days out of seven. The package includes a meal on duty, a share of staff tips, and pension contributions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a stable company with a great team of people. You will be supported by a team that has amassed decades of high-level experience. Some experience in event cooking will be useful, especially during the summer.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Manage your time well to ensure everything is ready and prepared for service.
• As a Chef de Partie, you will use your eye for quality to produce high-quality dishes from fresh ingredients.
• Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety are always maintained.
• Maintain areas of work.
