Chef de Partie – Up to £14 per hour – Hotel – Sennen, Cornwall

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join this established kitchen team. Previous experience within a fresh food offering is essential.

• £12 to £14 per hour (depending on experience)

We offer an immediate start working five days out of seven, although the client is happy to try and carve out a shift pattern to suit you.

Duties & responsibilities:

• Manage your time well to ensure everything is ready and prepared for service.
• As a Chef de Partie, you will use your eye for quality to produce high-quality dishes from fresh ingredients.
• Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety are always maintained.
• Maintain areas of work.
• Experience of event cooking would be useful.
