Chef de Partie – £32,000 – Hotel – Cornwall – Live-in

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join this luxury hotel kitchen team. Previous experience within a rosette-level setting would be ideal.

We offer an immediate start working five days out of seven. The package includes a meal on duty, a share of staff tips, and pension contributions. Duties & responsibilities:

• Manage your time well to ensure everything is ready and prepared for service.
• As a Chef de Partie, you will use your eye for quality to produce high-quality dishes from fresh ingredients.
• Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety are always maintained.
• Maintain areas of work.
