Job Description

TQR Exeter is seeking a Conference & Events Manager for a busy Food & Beverage operation in the Plymouth area.

You must have a minimum of three years of Supervisory experience within an F&B environment, with sound knowledge of the Conference & Banqueting environment.

Must have

· Experience within 4/5-Star environments with multiple F&B outlets

· Advanced knowledge of PMS & EPOS systems

· Strong computer literacy

· Experience in nurturing and developing a team

· Experience in a high-volume fast-paced setting

The role would suite a driver due to some late-night finishes along with some early start times as and when required by the business needs.
