Head Chef – Pub – Up to £35,000 – Kingsbridge

TQR is seeking an experienced Head Chef for a very popular pub on the outskirts of Kingsbridge. The successful Chef will need to demonstrate strong kitchen management skills from the get-go!

• £35,000 (depending on experience)

The role requires a Chef with experience managing teams within busy food-lead pubs. Recent Head Chef experience within a similar or larger-scale catering operation is necessary. You must be up to date with modern food styles and be hands-on with great people skills to maintain a happy working environment.

This is not a role for a first-time Head Chef, you will need to demonstrate a clear and logical understanding of how you would manage all aspects of the kitchen operation and food offerings. This is a secure business with big ambitions for growth over the next year, so this is the perfect time to get on board.
