We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead and evolve the warehousing, logistics, production, and customer fulfilment operations. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading daily operations across warehousing, production, logistics, and customer fulfilment.
- Implementing robust inventory and order management systems.
- Driving improvements in productivity, quality, and delivery through lean principles.
- Collaborating with customer service and supply chain teams to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Identifying inefficiencies and delivering process improvements with real impact.
- Managing and mentoring a high-performing operational team.
- Ensuring health & safety compliance and promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in an Operations Manager (or similar) role.
- Solid understanding of warehousing, logistics, and supply chain operations.
- ERP and inventory management system expertise.
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills.
- Analytical, commercially aware, and results-focused.
- Able to drive improvement through data, collaboration, and innovation.
- Familiar with UK H&S legislation and compliance standards.
