Pastry Chef – Hotel – Sidmouth – Up to £30,500 – Live-in
We are seeking a Pastry Chef for a hotel in Sidmouth, Devon.
Previous pastry experience a plus but not essential, as long as you are an experienced chef and can follow specs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and follow innovative pastry recipes and menus that align with the concept and delight guests.
- Maintain and enforce strict quality and consistency standards, paying meticulous attention to flavour, presentation, and execution.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless integration of pastry offerings with the overall menu.
- Control food costs and manage inventory to maximize profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a clean and organized pastry kitchen.
