Production Operative

Job Description

Working for a Manufacturing business in Saltash, we are looking for Production Operatives to join the team, initially temporary but with scope to become permanent for the right person.

Responsibilities:

·General mechanical assembly of products

·To meet production schedules and quality targets

·Read and understand procedures and work instructions

·Working with intricate small components

·Familiar with Quality procedures / Health and Safety

Skills needed:

·Good manual dexterity

·An aptitude to use basic hand tools

·Ability to work with verbal and written instructions

·Previous Assembly/Manufacturing experience

·Good communication, organisational and listening skills

·Flexible and enthusiastic

Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday 08:00 to 13:00.
