Reception Manager – Hotel – Bigbury-on-Sea – £30,000 – Live-in

We are looking for a Reception Manager for this luxury hotel near Kingsbridge, Devon.

You will need to have.

• Positive attitude and willingness to pass on your experience.
• To act as Hotel Duty Manager when assigned Duty Manager shifts
• Conduct team Member briefings, debriefings and delegate specific tasks at the start and end of every shift
• Managing the booking process ensuring all relevant details are taken and the customer journey is personalized
• Recent experience as a Lead Receptionist
• Good communication skills
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
• A neat and tidy appearance (hair and fingernails) and adherence to uniform requirements.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
• Ability to work on your own or in a team.
