Job Description
Our client is a luxury hotel near Truro seeking a Reception Manager.
We are seeking an experienced Reception/Front Office Manager who can lead the team to provide the best guest experience from arrival to departure.

The Role
- You will be managing the daily front office operation with a team of receptionists, reservationists.
- Management and analysis of guest satisfaction levels
- Maximise room occupancy, recognising guest’s needs to promote hotel services and in-house facilities including dining, leisure and spa.
- The setting of departmental objectives, policies, targets and rotas
- Ensure Team Members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing and policies, as well as knowledge of the local area.
- Evaluating the performance of the front office team.
- Communicating with Management regarding employee and customer service issues
Personal qualities required are:
- Previous experience of managing within a similar setting.
- You must be strong with the reception and reservation roles.
- Must be from a hotel environment.
- The ability to supervise and lead a team within a fast-paced environment.
- Be an excellent team player, always be hands-on and willing to inspire by actions.
- Have an excellent personal presentation.
