You will need to have.

• A positive and welcoming attitude to guests and collaegues.
• To deal with and revert incoming information accurately.
• Managing the booking process ensuring all relevant details are taken and the guest journey is personalised
• Recent experience as a Hotel Receptionist
• Good communication skills
• Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
• A neat appearance (hair and fingernails) and adherence to uniform requirements.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
• Be comfortable when working alone.
