Job Description

We are looking for a Receptionist and a Reception Supervisor for this luxury hotel near Kingsbridge, Devon.

The location is beautiful and somewhat remote for non-drivers, so please bear this in mind before applying for this role.

You will need to.

• Have a positive and welcoming attitude to guests and collaegues.
• Deal with incoming information accurately.
• Manage the booking process, ensuring all relevant details are taken and the guest journey is personalised
• Have recent experience as a Hotel Receptionist
• Have good communication skills
• Have a neat appearance.
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
• Be comfortable when working alone.
