TQR Exeter are working in partnership with a Restaurant in Newquay, Cornwall who are seeking a Restaurant Manager. This client prides itself on delivering its guests a first-class experience set on one of Devon’s finest seaside locations!

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will be required to:

• Undertake shifts on weekdays and weekends
• Organise rotas
• Provide staff training
• To be a focal point for hotel guests and employees when on shift
• To follow the hotel’s standards of service at all times
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Proactively communicate to colleagues and line managers customer feedback

To Apply the Assistant Restaurant Manager must:

• Lead the team demonstrating strong people skills.
• Have previous restaurant management experience within a similar setting.
• Demonstrate the importance of attention to detail
• Have a good standard of spoken and written English
• Insist on high standards of presentation.
• Thrive within a pressured high-season environment
• Lead from the front.
