Sous Chef – Pub – Chudleigh – Up to £32,000
TQR Exeter is seeking a Senior Sous Chef for a pub near Chudleigh, Devon. The role will suit an experienced Chef with a background in fresh food cooking only.
We require someone who is hungry and driven to work hard and be part of what the company is aiming to achieve as a business. This is not a role that would suit someone wanting full control of the kitchen and the food offerings.
The role might also suit someone at Junior Sous level.
There is a generous salary on offer along with some useful company benefits.
- £30,000 to £32,000 depending on experience.
- A generous share of tips.
- On-site parking.
A successful candidate will ideally have:
Sound kitchen experience at around 1 Rosett level.
NVQ 2 and CIEH Level 2 Food Hygiene qualifications.
Evident passion for the industry and food.
Natural ability as a chef with outstanding attention to detail.
Real ambition to succeed at the highest level.
Dedicated and excellent team player.

You will typically work split shifts.
