I am recruiting for a Strategic Finance and Business Manager to join a business based in Saltash. Reporting to the Managing Director and other directors, you will be accountable for the companies financial systems and processes, tax and regulatory requirements, payroll systems and processes, ongoing financial modelling and financial strategic business plan.
- Overseeing budgets and making sure that everyone sticks to them.
- Preparing annual accounts.
- Present financial reports to the Managing Director.
- Planning for the future.
- Strategic planning.
- Accurate weekly, monthly and annual reporting to Managing Director, Directors and Strategic Leads.

Experience / Qualifications and Attributes Required:
- ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified although QBE will be considered
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience related to financial management
- Strong communication/people skills
- Strategic financial experience
- Ability to work well under pressure and independently
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft, Excel and Xero
