We are recruiting for a temporary administrator for an ongoing temporary role based in Launceston. This is likely to be for 6 weeks, to be reviewed towards the end of August. You will be working with a hard working, but friendly and outgoing workforce. Hours 13:00-19:00 Monday to Friday with some flexibility.
- Answering the telephone
- Liaising with customers
- Entering information onto the database
- Producing information for other members of the team
- Any other admin tasks required
Essential Experience / Qualifications and Attributes Required:
- Previous administrative experience
- Good telephone/customer services manner
- Attention to detail
- Good problem solver
- I.T. literate (although training will be given on the database)
