Carl began his recruitment career in the veterinary industry in 2015, quickly becoming an integral part of his team. He has worked nationally for large corporate groups and numerous independent practices across the UK, rapidly advancing to the role of Operations Manager.

Recognising the critical shortage of veterinary staff in the UK, Carl developed a strong passion for helping practices maintain their exceptional service levels. Carl now leads recruitment for TQR Professionals, ensuring veterinary practices across the UK have the staffing and coverage they need.

Outside of work, Carl enjoys spending time on the golf course and traveling, including frequent trips to Romania with his partner.
