Carl’s recruitment career began in 2015 joining a small Exeter-based recruitment company. Carl quickly made a name for himself recruiting within the Veterinary sector and progressed to senior management level within his role, generating year-on-year growth even through the pandemic. Carl’s passion for recruiting has never faltered, so in 2022, he made the decision to leave management and focus on what he loves, developing business relationships and providing tailored recruitment solutions for his clients whilst ensuring strong candidate relationships.  Since joining TQR, Carl’s loyalty and passion for his clients and candidates have strongly aligned with TQR’s ethos.

Outside of work, Carl likes to travel abroad with his partner and visit new countries. In his spare time, he also likes to meet with friends, especially for a round of golf.
