David joined TQR in 2004, acquiring the franchise one year later and then the brand from 2008. From the start David built off his existing reputation by securing long term, honest partnerships with clients. The same ethos and approach remains today, introducing new Account Managers to TQR who demonstrate drive and determination to engrain themselves into our client organisations.
Whilst David is the driving force behind TQR, he still offers his professional experience when it comes to Executive Recruitment. David knows what it means to get it right from the top.
Personally, David has a lovely wife and four children so naturally promotes internal values which focus on family life and creating a sustainable work life balance for his valued employees.
