Chef de Partie – Up to £26,000 – Plymouth

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join this established kitchen team. Previous experience with a fresh food offering is essential.

The client of offering a 4-Day Working Week, with the option of working the 5th day if you choose to!

Duties & responsibilities:

• Manage your time well to ensure everything is ready and prepared for service.
• As a Chef de Partie, you will use your eye for quality to produce high-quality dishes from fresh ingredients.
• Ensure the highest levels of hygiene and safety are always maintained.
• Maintain areas of work.
• Experience of event cooking would be useful.
