TQR Exeter is working in partnership with a restaurant in Salcombe, Devon.

We are seeking a Front of House Supervisor to oversee a small team that prides itself on keeping their patrons happy.

As a Front of House Supervisor, you will be required to:

• Undertake shifts on weekdays and weekends.
• To be a focal point for guests and employees when on shift
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Proactively communicate to colleagues and line managers customer feedback
• Lead a team of between 3 – 5 team members, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
• Have previous experience in the hospitality industry at supervisory level.
• Have attention to detail.
• Manager stock.
• Manage the cellar
• Have a good standard of spoken and written English
• Insist on high standards.
