TQR Exeter is working in partnership with a popular Pub in Salcombe, Devon.

We are seeking a Supervisor to oversee a small team that prides itself on keeping its patrons happy.

As a Pub Supervisor, you will be required to:

• Undertake shifts on weekdays and weekends.
• To be a focal point for guests and employees when on shift
• Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Proactively communicate to colleagues and line managers customer feedback
• Have previous experience in the hospitality industry at supervisory level.
• Have attention to detail.
• Have a good standard of spoken and written English
• Insist on high standards.
