Ryan joined TQR in 2024, having worked in recruitment since 2019, beginning his time in the industry with a local independent agency.  Whilst the early part of his recruitment career was based within trades and labour, he has since moved his focus to the Dental sector and is now recruiting Dental professionals across the United Kingdom.

When not at work, Ryan is a keen musician and enjoys playing the guitar.  He has also developed a real passion for yoga in more recent times, something which has now become a regular part of his weekly routine.
