TQR are a specialist & independent agency, our main goal is to lighten the load, take the pressure off and streamline the process. We have long-standing relationships with contractors. We will work with you to understand the scope and requirements of the project and get to work sourcing the most suitable trades and skills available. We’ll be on hand throughout the project to support and assist when needed.
We use a sophisticated cloud-based system to store all data and communication. The system benefits from military-grade security and complies with all GDPR requirements.
We offer two options to our self-build clients to support your project. TQR can split your service fee over the period of the build into monthly payments to help manage initial costs, or you can pay it as a one-off within 30 days of the start of your build. Regardless of which option you choose, you can be confident we’ll be on hand to support.
All contractor invoices will be raised directly by them and as such you can rest assured that it will comply with the HMRC DIY housebuilder scheme and will be zero-rated for VAT.
