Lauren joined TQR in 2022 to support the team and help grow the already strong portfolio of available candidates. Lauren’s background in people focused jobs meant that she transitioned well into a role which involves sourcing and screening talent and helping match them to live vacancies. Lauren can often be heard in full conversation with new candidates, gaining an understanding of exactly what they are looking for in their next career move.

Outside of work Lauren is all about family, welcoming her first child into the family in 2023,  spending time with family and friends is what Lauren enjoys most.
