Starting her career in 2009, Michelle worked for reputable recruitment businesses which set the foundations for her success today. With the ability to recruit in all sectors, Michelle demonstrates her diversity and breadth of industry knowledge. Following her time as a Commercial Specialist and having led a team of successful recruiters, Michelle now manages TQR’s Exeter franchise, established in 2018, with a strong focus on Hospitality and Catering recruitment.

Michelle is well travelled, exploring Australia and the Far East. Whilst spending time with her family is her favourite pastime, sipping on a Prosecco at a local festival or Indie concert also ticks all the right boxes!
